We use the information we collect from your Gmail account solely for the purpose of providing our job aggregation and management service. This includes:

• Scanning and parsing job alert emails
• Removing duplicate job listings
• Ranking jobs using AI to filter out irrelevant positions
• Presenting organized job information through our interface

Information obtained from Google Workspace APIs (including Gmail) are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.

At JobBox, we take the protection of sensitive data, including Google user data, very seriously. We have implemented robust security measures to safeguard all personal and sensitive information:

• Data Minimization: We collect and retain only the minimum amount of Google user data necessary for the stated purposes of our application. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
• Secure Storage: All sensitive information, including Google user data, is stored in secure, access-controlled databases.

Please be aware that even the best security measures cannot fully eliminate all risks. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your personal information. We use third-party analytics services, including Google Analytics and Intercom, to help us understand how our service is being used. These services may collect information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile application.
